He specializes in Complex Valuations, Financial Modelling, Bionomial Models, PPA and Monte Carlo simulations, with deep exposure to a wide range of Fund Valuations and Financial Services engagements. He has advised clients on navigating intricate valuation challenges — from building robust financial models across multiple sectors to formulating comprehensive corporate strategies and budgets. His technical grounding is reinforced by a Corporate Finance course from NYU Stern under Aswath Damodaran and ongoing enrollment in NACVA's US Business Valuations program.

Dhiraj Rathod is a Chartered Accountant and an IBBI Registered Valuer , with over thirteen years of post-qualification experience in business and financial instrument valuation. He specializes in the valuation of equity shares, preference shares, convertible instruments, ESOPs and business enterprises for regulatory, tax, accounting, transaction, and strategic purposes. His experience spans valuation assignments under the Companies Act, 2013, the Income-tax Act, FEMA regulations, SEBI regulations, and Ind AS.
